Cabin Units - Comes with 7-8 cabins that can sleep up to 10 people each, a lodge for programming, communal bathhouse and a fire pit.
Fee:
$50 per cabin, per night (comes with shared access to the bathhouse)
$300 per night for a full unit rental (private bathhouse, lodge and fire pit)
$1,200 per night to rent all four units (33 cabins that sleep 330 people)
Mess Hall - a dining/ meeting area able to seat up to 300 people. This rental also come with the rental of our kitchen facility.
Kitchen - comes complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your own meals during your stay.
Fee: $300 per day for both facilities
Recreation Hall – enclosed, multi-purpose building with open floor and stage area
Fee: $50 per day
Pavilions - one large and one small, covered program areas (picnic tables included)
Fee: $25 per day
Horse Barn and Fields - pony rides and horse science programs available

Soccer Field/ Central Field - open grassy areas for programming
Fee: $0 per day (first come, first serve)
One Day Retreat:
$300 – includes meeting space for 300 and free coffee
Lunch can be provided for an additional fee of $6 per person
4 hours of teambuilding can be provided for an additional $20 per person
Two Day, One Night Retreat:
$3,350 – includes one night of lodging for 70 employees or less, meeting space and free coffee for two days, three meals and 4 hours of teambuilding activities lead by Piomingo staff.
Three Day, Two Night Retreat:
$5,000 – includes two nights of lodging for 70 employees or less, meeting space and free coffee for three days, six meals and 4 hours of teambuilding activities lead by Piomingo staff.

Option #1:

Meals provided: dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast and lunch on day 3.
Activities: Choose 4 Outdoor Education Classes and 3 Outdoor Adventure Activities (each are 1.5 hour long)
Fee: $80 per student/ $40 per chaperone
Option #2:
Lodging: 2 night/ 3 day stay
Meals provided: dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast and lunch on day 3.
Activities: Choose 2 Outdoor Education Classes and 5 Outdoor Adventure Activities (each are 1.5 hour long)
Fee: $85 per student/ $40 per chaperone
Option #3:
Lodging: 2 night/ 3 day stay
Meals provided: dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast and lunch on day 3.
Activities: Choose 7 Outdoor Adventure Activities (each are 1.5 hour long)
Fee: $90 per student/ $40 per chaperone

Meals provided: lunch (or bring your own sack lunch)
Activities: Choose 4 Outdoor Adventure Activities to be offered “Amusement Park Style” (No set schedule. Students can travel to activities at their leisure)
